Harrison Tagg

Head Chef

After ten years across both the casual and fine dining scene in Sydney, Harrison has made the big move to Wollongong. Having made his mark at QT Sydney for five years working his way up to Head Chef, Harrison then went on to open Le Foote restaurant in The Rocks.

With his passion for delicious yet simple and uncomplicated food, Harrison brings a new energy and wealth of experience to BASTA. We can’t wait for you to come in and see what he’s cooking up.
